Caitlyn Sward ’16
Caitlyn is an alumna from the class of 2016. She has been involved in the QVCC community in many ways— a member of Phi Theta Kappa, a participant at Baugstock, and an advocate for advanced classes. Caitlyn says that the professors and small class sizes at QVCC made for a personalized learning experience. One notable example of this took place when she registered for a public speaking class. This decision eventually resulted in her being chosen as the 2016 student speaker at commencement.
Today, you will find Caitlyn attending UConn where she is pursuing her dream of becoming a physician’s assistant. She works part-time at Matulaitis Rehabilitation and Skilled Care and teaches piano lessons. Way to go, Caitlyn!
