QVCC does NOT determine your eligibility for benefits but we do provide you with the appropriate guidance to apply to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for those benefits. QVCC is responsible for certifying your enrollment status to the VA so that they can provide payment to you.

- Veterans and dependents must begin the process by submitting the appropriate application to the VA. After completion of the online application, print a copy, and submit to a certifying official.

Prior College/Military Credit Evaluation
You must have all of your prior college credits and military training evaluated at QVCC. By the end of your second semester, you must summit transcripts form all prior colleges and military. If your transcripts have not been received and evaluated by the end of your second semester, QVCC will not be able to continue to submit enrollment certifications.
